Giving OpenAI another chance

I've seen some of Theo (@theo/t3.gg) videos regarding how anthropic might be just investing more in marketing and making shiny features, rather than improving the experience. Honestly I feel that many features of Claude Code by now are hyped, or designed with "tweet-in-mind" like how Theo coins it. I decided to give Codex another try, and I will be experiencing with it. #OpenAI #Propaganda #Anthropic

A Misnomer

A Misnomer:

A misnomer is a name that is incorrectly or unsuitably applied. Misnomers often arise because something was named long before its correct nature was known, or because an earlier form of something has been replaced by a later form to which the name no longer suitably applies. A misnomer may also be a word that is used incorrectly or misleadingly. The word "misnomer" does not mean "misunderstanding" or "popular misconception", and a number of misnomers remain in common usage — which is to say that a word being a misnomer does not necessarily make usage of the word incorrect.

Internet of things (IoT) is considered a misnomer, from Wikipedia;

"Internet of things" has been considered a misnomer because most devices do not need to be connected to the public Internet; they only need to be connected to a network and be individually addressable.
