BBC uses “mother” or “husband” less often to describe Palestinians

This interesting article mentions that "An analysis of BBC coverage by data specialists Dana Najjar and Jan Lietava found a similarly devastating disparity, and that humanising terms such as “mother” or “husband” were used far less often to describe Palestainians, while emotive terms such as “massacre” or “slaughter’” were almost only ever applied to the Israeli victims of Hamas’ atrocities." which is quite interesting.

DONE How does those words work in propaganda?   @idea

  • [2024-11-17 Sun 06:01] I couldn't find any reilable research on that.

CLOCK: [2024-11-17 Sun 05:54]–[2024-11-17 Sun 06:02] => 0:08 CLOCK: [2024-11-17 Sun 05:00]–[2024-11-17 Sun 05:21] => 0:21

I want to study how choosing words work in propaganda systems as related to Subliminal stimuli.
